The main focus will be on hardware sales, including basic boot fitting, and the use of a point-of-sale system. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Assisting in the workshop either having previous workshop skills like the following, using machinery, base and edge repairs, binding mounting setting up skis and bindings to safety standards, and snow chain repairs. Or having a strong mechanical aptitude and positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn as full training will be given.

Are you a ski/snowboard workshop technician or are you interested in machinery and like to repair things? Do you have a passion for the mountains and snow? Then working at Gnomes could be for you! The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in a ski workshop, but if you have a strong mechanical aptitude and a positive, can-do attitude, full training is provided. The key requirement is the willingness to learn and a drive to provide exceptional customer service and deliver quality repairs on skis and snowboards, maintain machinery, repairing snow chains, and setting up skis and bindings to safety standards.
