We offer FREE shipping on orders over $299 within New Zealand to urban addresses.
For orders under $299 a flat rate of $8 will be charged.
For rural delivery a $5 fee is charged in all cases.
We use Aramex couriers as our main carrier. They are by far the most economical to ship with.
We also offer a paid service with NZ Couriers. This option will appear in the shipping area of the cart along with associated costs.
If the product is ‘in stock’ the order will usually be shipped within 24hrs (Monday – Friday). If the product needs to be ordered from a supplier then the goods maybe shipped within 48-72hrs.
We will send you a tracking number with each package sent. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
South Island – Delivery is usually 2 business days. (longer if RD delivery)
North Island – Delivery is usually 3 business days (longer if RD delivery)
The above delivery times are guidelines only, once the parcel is on board the courier service it is out of our control.
Express delivery can be arranged at your expense. Prices vary depending on the item. Please contact us regarding express delivery.

The shipping costs will be worked out at the most economical rate possible which is quoted to the customer after the order is placed. The cost of the shipping is payable by the customer. Gnomes are NOT responsible for any custom charges, duties or import tax this is payable by the receiver.
GST is not charged for international shipping, this will be deducted from the pricing online. You will need to contact us so we can action this.
STOCK AND INVENTORY
Are inventory is connected to our stock system instore and is real-time. We aim to keep all our products and inventory 100% accurate on a rare occasion that there has been a stock error and a product on your order is unavailable: We will first try to source the exact product from the New Zealand importer/supplier within a reasonable time scale. If we cannot source the exact product, an alternative will be offered, or a full refund on the out of stock item will be issued.
We offer ‘Pre-orders’ on all new season products from February of each year through to 30th April. The ‘Pre-order’ system gives you a chance to secure the new season products as well as receive a discount off full retail price. The discount percentage can vary on each product. ‘Pre-orders’ will be shipped as soon as the product arrives in stock (this is usually middle of May). On receipt of purchase Gnomes will advise the customer on approximate delivery date. From time to time a product line may be cancelled and not delivered from the New Zealand importer, in this case a best match alternative will be offered or a full refund on the product which has been cancelled. No refunds for ‘change of mind’ will be issued on ‘Pre-orders’ products.
