The Glissade Hybrid from Spyder is the perfect mid-layer addition to have for whatever the adventure. Filled with 60grams of lightweight, packable, and quick-drying Primaloft® insulation, ideal to have on hand for when the temps drop, and a warm layer is needed. The Glissade has a recycled nylon and stretch polyester fleece panels that are DWR sealed to help keep out moisture. They are strategically placed, allowing for unrestrictive movement and comfort for any activity.

PrimaLoft®
PrimaLoft® Insulation consists of 70 % recycled materials. The fibres absorb very little moisture, so the insulation feels drier and warmer, even under wet conditions. At the same time the microfibers wick moisture away from the body so that it does not feel clammy. Primaloft® has an excellent heat-to-weight ratio, making it light and easy to pack. It also feels soft when you are wearing it. If you are looking for lots of comfort and an ultra-low bulk feel, look for Primaloft®. The insulation is Bluesign® approved.
DWR®
Durable Water Repellent is a coating applied to clothing and footwear for extra water resistance. DWR causes water droplets to bead up and roll off the fabric surface instead of saturating the fibres themselves. When cold water gets into the fibres there is a greater chance it will seep through, and it can even steal your warmth by causing conductive heat loss. By keeping moisture off of fabric, DWR helps you stay drier and warmer.
