If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, you are able to send the item back to Gnomes within 14 days of purchase for exchange or a full refund.

All returns must be accompanied with a returns form.

• All products returned must be in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, instruction manuals and warranty booklets present.
• The original receipt and a complete returns form must accompany the returned goods.
• Refunds will only be made by the method of payment.

• Return shipping fees of the product/s are at your cost.
• Refunds will be made within 48 hours of Gnomes receiving the product back in stock.  Refunds may not show on your statement for a further 72 hours.
